Improvements
823 Conditional base recipe includes
Conditional base recipes can now be defined from the base recipe level and up.
The recipes will be included during the publishing process either before or after the publication variables, in case the configured condition evaluates to true.
The condition is only evaluated against the publication recipe.
827 Spelling error in Skribenta Client UI
Fixed a typo.
828 Improved check in performance
We have made a slight improvement to the check in process by reducing the number of database requests performed.

824 Translation Analysis ignores if wrappers and inline-if
An issue introduced in 5.3.013 was causing the translation analysis to include blocks that were removed with if-wrappers and inline-if.
