Release notes Skribenta Web
Expanding a link in a table now presents the expansion in a dummy row below the current one.
If the link to the folder is expanded it will look like this:
All cells are spanned in the dummy row.
If another link in the same table row is expanded, any other expansion will first be closed before the link is expanded:
The disadvantage of this design is you cannot see the content from both expansions at the same time.
The advantage is the less scrolling sideways this design implies.
Pasting a string starting with '<html ' will parse the string and insert elements.
The Hong Kong Chinese language was missing but it is now added.
An API for the Skribenta Web has been created. This is described inside Help under Customization (not ready).
If a table has the type Flexible, the columns will be as wide as the content
Table heads now have a light gray background to separate them from hidden rows.
A toolbar can now be embedded in a Flex file
This means a Flex file can act as a panel.
The panel for deciding if a file should be overwritten or copied with a new is updated. A Cancel button is also added.
When attaching a line to another shape, you can avoid snapping it to a snap point nearby by holding ALT down.
The previous scrolling position is maintained when stepping through the views in the view chain.
The phrase top toolbar now contains an affix phrase. The affix can surround things at the beginning of the block or at the end of the block.
The "affix" phrases are removed before the block is added to the memory. When a block is published the current affix content in the master file is added to the translation.
This new phrase element can save a lot of translation jobs. Having an image, a number, a letter, etc, around a block is quite common.
The workspace edition is presented as the publication version because expanding a Publication will open the master file in the current workspace edition.
It was confusing when a frozen publication edition was presented.
A checkbox is added to the workspace Check-in panel, stating if the workspace should be checked out after check-in or not. Normally, a workspace is checked out so a working workspace will always be available. However, if you have several workspaces, it can be useful to "close" a workspace by checking it in - none can work in the workspaces before it is opened (checked out).
You can now create a contributor in plain javascript. This will be described in the Customization section inside Help.
Popups now have a number/letter on the left side. Pressing the number key will open the corresponding panel option.
If you repeatedly want to execute an option, a sub-option, or a sub-sub-option in a panel, you can use a key combination instead.
Let's say you want to open the Label panel for a section many times:
Instead of using the mouse or key buttons, you can press F4 2 0 2
You cannot delete a drawing in a Callout file anymore - it makes no sense to do that.
If an image was presented and the image was updated, the old version was still presented.
