Improvements: List item title, the Save button, etc
List item titles
A title can now be added to a list item.
Here's a numbered list:
The listitem panel has a Create title button:
An empty title element is added to the listitem element. After creating 2 titles and adding title text, the list looks like this:
Clicking the Save button
Clicking the Save button on the top toolbar will save the file but now also unlock the file. The behavior then corresponds to the CTRL-s button behavior.
Visibility inside Publications
Publication groups and publications are now only visible if their respective master file is inside the workspace.
Working in a workspace will consequently filter all publications not maintained in the workspace and thus simplify the user interface.
Empty publication groups are always visible because there are no master files at hand for accomplishing the filtering.
