Release notes Skribenta Web
When you create a query to a Publication inside an IP project a panel is included:
The Edition button to the right is removed. Instead, you select the edition by clicking the dropdown button:
There is a File option in the What dropdown:
You can now select a file and query for the blocks in the file.
Query values in an IP project are now saved in the local storage so they can be retrieved in the dropdown.
When you are browsing folders and reading files, Skribenta will select versions in the context of the Workspace edition. When you switch to another workspace, other versions might be selected because the reference folder versions are different or files have been checked out in the other workspace.
If you are browsing inside the Administration aspect, Skribenta selects versions outside any workspace (unless you browse into a workspace via the Workspaces folder!). These versions are the default versions defined in the root. These versions are also selected in your workspace if you don't have a corresponding reference folder. This is, for example, often the case for style sheets. The "official" style sheet version is set in the root while it is further developed inside some "stylesheet" workspace. When the stylesheet has been tested and checked in, the official version is set in the root.
You can explicitly specify in a link the Workspace context. This is an advanced feature and typically only used when supported in some customization. The href attribute in the link will look like this:
bl(418556)/id(81853)UserManual.xml
The first "bl" part defines a workspace baseline where the number is the workspace edition index. The second part is the ordinary logical link to the master file. When expanding the link, Skribenta will pick the version in the context of the specified workspace edition.
Here we have 3 links:
The baseline index is presented in a box before the link.
Here's the first link expanded, showing the second file version:
The expansion of a "baseline link" gets a double magenta border. You cannot check-out and edit the file.
Here's the second link expanded, showing the third file version:
And here's the third link expanded, showing the current version:
The baseline index can also point to a folder version. The child versions selected will then be in the context of that particular folder version.
The things here said about links are also true for include and image elements.
Here the user manual is included - the baseline index is presented to the right:
Here I have put glasses on the current Koala version. The baseline index for the old image to the left is not (yet) presented
If the caret is to the right of a link like this:
and you press Expand (CTRL+ArrowDown):
the caret is now moved inside the link. Previously the caret was not moved and thus presented below the expansion, which was confusing.
User names in Properties/General were not presented if your role was not Admin
The Explicit user defined in the access rights was not presented
