Improvements

Links

When you select some text and then press CTRL-l, the text was still selected and the link panel was launched. Finally, when the panel was closed, the link element was created.

Now, the selection is surrounded by a new link element before the panel is opened.

When you pressed CTRL-l in a paragraph without any selection, the paragraph content was selected by default and the link would cover everything in the paragraph.

Now, an empty link element is created at the caret place and the panel is launched. This behavior is more like the creation of bold, italic, etc.

The top toolbar link button and the selection toolbar link button now work exactly the same as the CTRL-l button.

An empty link will get the file/publication name when created.

Expanding a link inside a table puts the expansion in a temporary table row below the current cell. Now, the expansion and the link will get a light blue border - this makes the connection between the link and the expansion more obvious. This is an example from a TP:

Bugs

  • Using the space key when toggling a checkbox panel does not work
